The input for this process was stored in configurable objects within the Automic tool. This made the automation easily reusable for other systems.

Being one of the most complex processes automated, the process contained quite a few interactions with the stakeholders for approvals and verification. The bot had to be designed in multiple phases such that the requirements were satisfied efficiently while also handling the constraints appropriately. PowerShell and SQL scripts were executed via Automic as a part of the process . It also involved inputs and approvals from multiple different team members and their replies had to be analysed for further steps.

The bot sent out notification mails at regular intervals along with the reports of the execution and the changes made to the system. This project turned out to be a huge success and was further implemented for other clients alike.
