The inputs for this particular automation were actually the details, such as login credentials and IP addresses, of the systems for which the health check had to be performed. The Transaction codes were made configurable to increase the reusability of the code.

Different transaction codes were executed in the SAP system using their function modules and respective programs via backend. Outputs were fetched and analysed to check for irregularities using the given threshold. The solution contained two parts to it, namely the master and the children. Implementation was made dynamic in such a way that the transaction codes that needed to be executed were added as a child to the master bot dynamically. Object details were stored and made configurable in order to reuse the solution for other systems.

A report was generated with the data fetched and colour coded for quick analysis. A sheet for each transaction code was created in an excel file and this file was ultimately sent out to different stakeholders with appropriate messages highlighting the important and critical information in the body of the email.
